So how does the detailed setting begin? :3

We start off with everyone gathering supplies to attack one of Umbrellas Facilities basically an introduction to start everyone off an for the Hero's an Heroines to get used to each other . An to see how everyone likes the idea of chapters .

Setting/location

Its been a few years since the destruction of Raccoon City an they set up in a mansion on the outskirts of the city ( it was just barely outside the blast zone an what damage was sustained it was repaired before the rp starts ) which has an underground lab that was once where Marie did most of her research an where she makes antivirus an other gadgets for the team to use . They are going by air to an Isand where Umrella has set up a new place of operations to test more on B.O.W.S an the virus . More will be said in Marie's briefing.

Now I have noticed people talking bout the "Apocalypse" That was movie based ... as far as games an the animated movies (from my understanding) .. Outbreaks happen but they get handled an under control an that's what this rp is based around .. the resistance an the government working with them are in place to prevent the end of humanity caused by Umbrella an their Bio-Weapons

In other words, screw the movies, this is based off of the games?

Well, even in the games, and animated movies...the outbreak was worldwide. Though yes, it was controlled in some locations, the outbreak was worldwide. Raccoon city was the beginning ((in games and movies)) but through the help of Umbrella, the outbreak spread everywhere.

What about TriCell? When did they show up? I only remember them in Resident Evil 5.

They were ONLY in 5. And they weren't really that important. They were in that particular game but as a whole they were just son random company.

Hm. So theres only 3 companies involved in all this? Umberella, the most significant, Then WilPharma, then Tricell? In order from most important to least important.

TriCel bought out WilPharma after they went bankrupt. But in all honesty...umbrella controls them all...the CEOs of all the companies were Umbrella agents

now, THAT makes sense. I figured that, just wanted to make sure.

Umbrella obviously released the T-virus and then used other companies (TriCell and WilPharma) to spread a "cure" but the cure was in fact a more advanced form of the T-Virus. Ta-Da Umbrella infected the planet.

Yeah. Was William Birkin the one behind the development of the C and G-viruses?

I know he was the one behind the G virus, when mutated through its use he was even code named "G". I'm not sure about the C virus though...although I'd suspect it was him. Of course whenever I don't know an answer, I just blame Wesker....xD lol.

Couldnt have said it better. I wondered if he'll be back. Ada took a job from someone at the end of RE6. Who else did she work for besides Wesker and Simmons? o__O

What are you hoping for? Someone new or someone old? I personally hope it's Wesker. I want to see how Jake would react to him. If they had a fight, it would be intense.

Personally, I think Wesker is Resident Evil Odin, and Jake would be Thor. As much as Jake (Thor) is awesome, Wesker (Odin) would smite him without a thought.
